How the hair is affected varies depending on the hair's condition and previous treatments, so I don't want to promise anything one way or the other. The treatment is sealed with a flat iron at 200 °C, and that is the highest heat setting where you should be a bit extra careful. Feel free to test on a small strand first, especially on colored hair, and lower the temperature if the color starts to fade.
