I recommend hand washing it in lukewarm water with a mild detergent or gentle soap about every two to four weeks, depending on how often you use it. If you use night cream, sweat a lot, or have sensitive skin, it can be washed more often.
Rinse thoroughly and let the mask air dry completely before using it again. Avoid tumble drying, bleach, and high temperatures to preserve the mask's shape and material.
