      Hi Ellen 👋 It's a good idea to wash the sleep mask occasionally to keep it fresh, even though Brushworks doesn't provide specific washing instructions for this particular model. I recommend hand washing it in lukewarm water with a mild detergent or gentle soap about every two to four weeks, depending on how often you use it. If you use night cream, sweat a lot, or have sensitive skin, it can be washed more often. Rinse thoroughly and let the mask air dry completely before using it again.
