Thoughts on washing the product
I have now washed the product according to the washing instructions, but it doesn't feel nearly as soft as it did right when I got it. It's just not as shiny and nice anymore. It probably works just as well. When you wash it for the first time, the fibers can lift, which makes the surface look a bit duller and fluffier.
