    Insufficient Hydration

I have the impractical combo of combination/dry skin that is sensitive to pretty much EVERYTHING that can clog pores. So hard to find a good moisturizer! I tried The Ordinary's HA moisturizer before, but it was too thick in consistency and not good in terms of hydration either. Unfortunately, this one wasn't pleasant either. It looks, smells, and feels like hand sanitizer… 🥴 and leaves a very sticky surface behind. It also doesn't feel particularly hydrating. The only plus was that I notice my skin feels more even after some time of use. But unfortunately, that's not enough, especially when I'm looking for something hydrating. I won't be buying it again. I'm now trying Inkey's Omega cream instead. Cautiously positive, it feels significantly more hydrating.

Hey EmmaA😊 Thank you for honestly sharing your experience – I understand how frustrating it can be to find a moisturizing cream that really works, especially when the skin is both sensitive and combination🤍 It's unfortunate that this one didn't live up to your expectations, although it's positive that you noticed some evenness in your skin. We're glad you're now trying the Inkey Omega Cream instead – many with a similar skin type find it more moisturizing and gentle, so we hope it works better for you! Don't hesitate to reach out if you want more tips or guidance – we're happy to help you further ✨ Wishing you a super nice day🌞

    Not good with powder

I have previously used Hickap, but it was unfortunately very drying, so I tried this instead. I like the spray, it becomes a lovely mist! (not at all like Hickap's garden hose🙄😅) I think it works ok over foundation, but not so well over powder, it gets too wet and uneven. Dries quite slowly. Overall, not a hit for me at all. I will not buy it again, but I am looking for a setting spray that better suits my needs.

    Application

Hi, I wonder how much product (ml) is needed for it to be effective? And how often should it be used. Should it only be applied to the lengths, or also to the scalp? My hair has become thinner and is starting to break off at the temples and in the nape, does this help with that?

Hey EmmaA! 👋🏼 Kerasilk Strengthening Bond Builder is applied to freshly washed, towel-dried hair. Use a pea-sized amount (about 1-2 ml) depending on the hair's length and thickness. The product should be distributed through the lengths and ends, but can also be applied lightly at the temples and nape if the hair is fragile there 🥰 For best results, it is recommended to use it 1-2 times a week. It strengthens the bonds inside the hair strand, which can reduce wear and broken hair strands over time. For thinner hair, it is also good to complement with a mild scalp routine and heat protection when styling 👌🏼 Have a nice day ☀️

    Cakey, flaky, and uneven

Bought this because of one of the extremely few powders that doesn't contain comedogenic talc. But this was one of the worst powders I've ever tried! And I've tried sooooo many. Hard to apply as the powder is very hard and doesn't stick to the powder puff/brush. It sits really poorly, I became completely shiny after barely an hour. The powder also clumps in pores and lines, and I've still used setting spray. The result is flaky and uneven and just completely worthless. Sooooo disappointed, what did I even pay for?! I feel cheated.

Hey Emma 😃💜 Thank you for sharing your experience! It really sounds like you gave the product an honest chance. Typical that it hasn't been something for you ❤ If you're still looking for a talc-free powder, maybe bareMinerals Illuminating Mineral Veil could be something? It's talc-free and gives a light, illuminating finish: 💗 lyko.com/sv/bareminerals/bareminerals-illuminating-mineral-veil Hope it can suit you better! Wishing you a nice day 💗

    WARNING! Incorrect INCI (30 ml)

Hi, I see that the different sizes have different INCIs! Can you please make sure to correct this, as many of us use your INCI to check against comedogenic or allergenic ingredients. Not good if you provide incorrect information.

    Difference between moisturizers?

I wonder what really distinguishes this one from The Ordinary's other moisturizers? Which one is "the best" when it comes to hydration?

Hey Emma!🌞🩷 The PhytoCeramides variant is a bit richer and more nourishing, which makes it great for you with dry or very dry skin that needs extra moisture and barrier support. However, if you have normal to combination skin, the +HA variant might be a better choice – it’s lighter in consistency but hydrates really well without feeling greasy. Both are fragrance-free and suitable for sensitive skin, so it’s mostly about what your skin feels best with 💖 Take care!✨

    Stop selling TBS?

Hey, I’m wondering if you’re going to stop selling The Body Shop products? Almost everything is sold out and hasn’t been restocked in ages.

Hey Emma! 👋 I can't see that this brand is discontinued, but it might be a bit sparse right now! 🥰 I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a little restock soon. But keep an eye on the product with your email address, then our buyer will get information that the product is in demand and you'll receive an email as soon as it's available to order again. Take care! 🌞

    Usage

Hi, if I use it as a toner, should I wipe the product off my face after I spray it? Or just let it dry?

Hey Emma! 🌞 Oh this toner you let dry into the skin, it’s not something that should be removed after application! Hope you like it, seems to be a favorite among many who have tried it😍🙌 All the best!
