    Disappointed

    I had hoped that the serum would make a difference, but unfortunately, I noticed no effect on hair loss or hair quality. It was easy to apply, but felt mostly sticky and did not provide any significant benefit for my hair. For the price, I don't think it lived up to expectations. The review was conducted on behalf of Smartson - the test pilot was allowed to try the product for free.

    Disappointed

    I was quite disappointed with this conditioner. I didn't think it made any difference to my hair in terms of thickness or hair loss. My hair felt neither stronger nor healthier after use, but rather just like after a regular conditioner. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations.     I had expected more from this shampoo. Unfortunately, I noticed no significant difference in my hair – neither regarding hair loss nor the feel in the lengths. It felt just like an ordinary shampoo and did not deliver the promised effect. The scent was okay, but nothing special. For the price, I don't think it was worth it.
