      Hey!🤍 Yes 😊 The toner needs to be mixed with an activator to work. Mix 1:1, e.g.: 30 ml toner 30 ml Igora Vibrance Activator (1.9 %) Apply to the hair and let it sit for 5–20 minutes depending on how intense of a tone you want. The toner only nuances the hair and does not lighten it!🤍💫 Take care!
