    Did not meet expectations

    It was difficult to get the product out of the bottle. I had to shake it vigorously before it would come out. Quite thick at first and there was also some dried material.. I couldn't take pictures of this, otherwise I would have made a proper complaint about the product.

If the video is too large to attach, you can send it to us via Facebook, for example 📷 We would be happy to look into the matter further if it concerns a manufacturing defect or a product that has dried out prematurely, as we want to compensate you for this 🙌🏻 You can also attach the product's specifications to the complaint so we can investigate the matter together with the importer if necessary.
