Poor support
*I am very dissatisfied with Dyson and their support.* My brush broke, and I contacted them right away. They sent a small brush as a replacement, but after I explained the situation further, they said the correct brush would be sent as soon as it is in stock. Now several weeks have passed, and I just found out that they might not even be able to send the same color. Considering the high price of Dyson products, I expected much better customer service.Translated from swedish
