Colors can differ from the product image due to screen settings, lighting during photography, and small batch variations, and we are constantly working to make the images better reflect reality. A good tip is to check customer photos and reviews for the shade, ask here in the Community for swatches, or try the product in one of our stores if possible. If you received a completely different shade than the one you ordered (wrong item or shade code), it is a picking error and should of course be resolved. You can register a complaint via My Pages - Order History - Complain, and we can help you look into it and get back to you via email 📧
