I have been using The ordinary retinol in squalane 0.2 for several weeks, tolerate it well and use it every/every other day. Can I start testing this instead now? After reading the reviews here and how Lyko's customer service chooses to handle issues with defective products, I have changed my mind. They also sometimes don't want to respond to negative feedback or similar. Which I think is unprofessional and irresponsible for such a large company!
