It really does what it’s supposed to, the makeup stays more or less put but is still easy to remove. I don’t think it feels "heavy" on the skin. What brings the rating down is unfortunately the scent, it really smells like hairspray. When I sprayed it for the first time, it stung quite a bit in my nose, and if you open your eyes without waiting for about 20 seconds, they tear up. But everyone is of course different in sensitivity, and if you’re not sensitive to scents, it’s probably perfect:)
