Good cream reduces redness. I use it after I shave my face, it helps a lot. It’s a bit thick on the skin, so I don’t use it every day.

Cosrx eye cream
Yes, it moisturizes well. However, I've noticed that it's not good to use if you're going to put on makeup afterward, the makeup gets very cakey! When it comes to dark circles, it hasn't made a difference :(.
