Disappointed
I love ordering from Lyko and have been super satisfied every time. I have no idea if this is Isadora product's fault or why my product was completely smashed. I was so excited to try this product since Lyko also had it on sale! It felt like a steal. The package the product was in also had no protection, just a box with loose products. (That might have been a factor in how the product looked) But as I said. I will continue to order from here.1 product in post Disappointed25955 views- The comment was made 2 daysI have also received my products that are loose in a package without cushioning paper or anything like that around the products! Most online companies do this. Of course, the products can get damaged during transport. I am calling for safer packaging at Lyko with cushioning material if you want to have more satisfied customers.
