As a girl with extremely dark circles, this is my go-to! If you don’t want to set it with powder, my tip is to apply it, wait a moment until it creases, then remove excess product with a cotton swab, and then blend out if there’s any harsh line. I do this with all products I don’t want to set with powder that don’t "dry down." Works every time!! 🩷1 product in post Wonderful!2080 views
