I have previously struggled with perioral dermatitis for many years. I keep it in check with Elidel cream around the mouth/nose morning and evening. Can this product (COSRX) be used by me who has somewhat sensitive skin and needs to be a bit careful due to previous PD?

This contains BHA, which is an exfoliating acid. Although many with sensitive skin tolerate it well, acids can sometimes irritate skin prone to perioral dermatitis.
Since you are still using Elidel morning and night to keep the perioral dermatitis under control, I would recommend being a bit cautious. Try to avoid applying the product around the mouth and nose where you usually have issues. If you want to try it, you can start gently, for example 1-2 times a week on other areas of the face, and see how your skin reacts. If you notice irritation or the perioral dermatitis flares up, you should discontinue use 🤍
