    Awesome product, smells good and not too strong for my taste. Also the only product that really takes away the static from my thin, frizzy hair during winter. Highly recommend it for those who suffer from static hair in the winter.

    The product has clear instructions and beautiful packaging. When taking the product, a lot spills onto the tables because oil drips from the pipette, it's not a big problem if you let the excess drip back into the jar.

    Veloid hair serum frozen

    When I received the veloid package and opened it, it was frozen. Can the product go bad when it freezes? Right now there are "frost clumps" at the bottom. What should I do, just let it thaw and can the product go bad?

      Hi, Thank you for your question! 🩷 The jojoba oil contained in the oil reacts sensitively to cold and starts to solidify at just +6 °C. However, you don’t need to worry about this, as solidification does not affect the product's quality or effectiveness. ☺️ The oil returns to normal at room temperature in about a couple of hours. A note about this has been added to the product page!
