    Washed?

    Hey! I read that the bleach should go on freshly washed dry hair. But does freshly washed mean with shampoo and then dry? Or should you use conditioner after the shampoo?

    Unfortunately disappointed.

    Bought this in the color bubble vvee because I wanted a transparent but vibrant nail polish. Which they are in the bottle. But I was really disappointed when I started painting. No color shows at all. In the picture, I have painted 2 layers. Will not buy again.
