    Terribly dry

    So dry that I can barely get anything out. The two top "tests" were done with a bit stronger than usual pressure. The three bottom ones are when I press the pen as hard as I can. Tried shaking and everything without getting product out. Super disappointing!

      Hey Isabel 💓 Thank you for sharing your feedback. It’s really disappointing when an eyeliner doesn’t work as expected. Please try storing the pen with the tip down and give it a little shake. You can also "prime" the tip by gently pressing it against the back of your hand to get the ink flowing. If it still doesn’t work, feel free to file a complaint via Mina Sider/app, and we can look into the issue and find a solution for you. Have a lovely day ahead💌
