    Hi, There is a small round part on the underside of the hairdryer where the cable is, and it keeps coming loose and never stays fixed. What is that part for and why doesn't it stay in place?

    Question about diffuser

    Hi, I have the slightly older model that doesn't come with a diffuser. Can it be ordered separately and does it work on the older version?

      Hi there Jade! 👋 Yes! It is possible to order the diffuser separately, and it usually also fits the older versions of the SilkyAir Flex model 🤍 As long as it is the same SilkyAir Flex series, it should normally work fine. However, there is no separate diffuser on our website right now, but I hope it will appear in the future 🙏 All the best!
