A good and well-functioning shampoo that really cleans a troubled scalp and keeps dry hair quite moisturized for a long time. However, it should be combined with the accompanying conditioner if you have really dry ends (which I do).
This is my new favorite shampoo, I don’t know how I could live without it. I wash my hair with this once or twice a week.
Cleaning and decluttering sometimes is good. Today I'm sorting out old nail polishes. How many red and pink shades of Isadora and Essence polishes can one have? Apparently many, literally gathering dust. Not to mention the 345 glittery polishes that _maybe_ would be used for New Year's.
I've been away from the Lyko community for a couple of years because my energy ran out along with my health. Poor health means more medications, and more medications unfortunately make hair and nails sad. It has taken a couple of years to find some kind of balance in everyday life. Last week I cut off my long hair because all the treatments and conditioners in the world couldn't keep the ends nice, since the medications make the hair dry. A bit sad since I had saved and cared for it many years to get my hair down to my lower back. One advantage of medium-short hair, though, is that you don't have frozen hair when you're out in the forest in winter. ❄️
But today I'm decluttering nail polish. Are they dry? No. But nowadays I can only paint my toenails, so I don't need all these pink, red, and glittery polishes. 🫣
