    Hey, this is probably super nice and I was looking forward to using it. But unfortunately, the first product I received was broken. I complained and got super nice service and a new product, but unfortunately, it was also just as broken when I opened the package. Sad. I had to complain again and this time no new one since it breaks during delivery.
