Product description does not match the product. Followed instructions for use. The color was even but a lot of hair fell out during washing and the color was not as the package said. It said light brown but I got black hair… honestly think this is way too bad. Really need to change the name and picture on the package..

Sometimes "light brown" can turn out much darker on light or porous hair because the hair absorbs pigment, the undertone can make it deeper, and full processing time on porous lengths can overpower the color.
