The cream is really cleansing, I can see an immediate difference in my pores afterwards, and it has a soothing effect on already existing acne. You have to be careful not to use too much product if you don’t want to be rinsing forever, a little goes a very long way which also makes it a durable, economical product. My skin gets easily dry but I don’t feel this has had that effect. However, I think that - if you have skin like mine - it can be good to sometimes switch to a more actively moisturizing cleanser (especially considering this contains salicylic acid). Also a plus that it is mildly exfoliating, which works very well for me as my skin otherwise has a really hard time tolerating exfoliation.
