Caused intense itching in the eyes
I tried using the product at first only every other night and took breaks in between, but despite that, my eyes were irritated by this product. Now it has been over a week since I completely stopped using it, and my eyes are still itching a lot. It didn't suit me at all, total waste of money 🙁1 product in post Caused intense itching in the eyes884 views- Customer service at Lyko2 weeksHey Annemari! I'm sorry to hear that the product didn't suit your skin 🥺 probably some ingredient is unsuitable for you and caused itching! I recommend stopping the use of the product altogether ❤️

Eye Irritation
Hi, I ordered the product and after just two uses my eyes are still itching, even though it's been two days since I last used it. What would you recommend I do so I can use the product? Or is this normal when starting to use the product, and will it go away if I try to continue using it?1 product in post Eye Irritation2552 views- Customer service at Lyko2 monthsHi Annemari! The eye area is very sensitive and can easily react to new products. The manufacturer recommends starting to use the product slowly, initially every other day and only after a week every evening. If itching still occurs, they recommend stopping the use of the product, as it may not be suitable for you 💕 Have a lovely day! 🥰

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Can this product be used while breastfeeding? And is it suitable for pregnant women?1 product in post Pregnancy and breastfeeding3782 views- Customer service at Lyko3 monthsHi Annemari, Thank you for your question! The product seems to be safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding based on the ingredient list.☺️ There is no retinol, salicylic acid, or essential oils in large concentrations or other ingredients that are generally advised to avoid. Sweden's own pages also have a chat service if you want to ask them for more information 💫 If you are particularly cautious or have sensitive skin/hormonal changes, you can test the product on a small area first. We also recommend asking your midwife or doctor for more specific information and assistance🩷 Have a lovely Monday 💛🌞
