    Screeching Sound

    I bought this because others' reviews were good. However, the device makes a screeching sound that is just unbearable. My ears are still ringing. It took forever to dry my hair, and it ended up just frizzy and a bit damp :(

If you suspect the device is faulty, you can fill out a complaint about it through your own pages, so we can further investigate the matter! A tip for use: many have found it helpful to let the hair dry for about 2/3 (either naturally or with a blow dryer), and then use a brush for the rest of the drying and styling.
