I use lip balms and salves almost all year round, unless I have some moisturizing lipstick on.
This is a trusted product that I stick to! It is indeed pricey but also lasts really loooong with daily use!
A tip for product development: surprisingly, a lot of balm remains at the bottom of the tube when the threads are fully opened. But luckily the diameter is so big that you can easily use it all with the tip of a spoon or something similar.
(Fortunately, the colorless one is back in stock.)
I only use matte lipsticks and pencils, so I put a little of this on if my lips feel dry; bueno!
