    Very offensive scent

    Got a free sample of this from Lyko. I couldn’t use it due to the eye-wateringly strong smell. It actually felt like slathering cheap and strong laundry detergent on my face. I had to wash it off immediately but the smell lingers! You can’t convince me that something so strongly perfumed can be healthy for my skin; it actually felt toxic because of the smell.

This mask does contain added fragrance, and it also includes natural extracts that have their own characteristic scent, which can make the overall fragrance feel more intense for some users. That said, we’ve also seen reviews from customers who weren’t bothered by the scent, and many with sensitive or dry skin have found this product helpful.     Spreads very unevenly

    Spreads unevenly and streaky, no matter how much you prep and smooth the nails. It works as a base coat, but that's not what I was looking for.

      Hey Leni, Thank you for your review! I’m sorry to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations in use 🩷 This is indeed a lightly tinted nail strengthening polish. It’s not fully pigmented, but you can definitely layer the product if needed! I’ve also used a similar product by applying it specifically as a base to protect and strengthen the nail and then a layer of color polish on top 😊 I hope you can get the product to work for you this way! We’re sorry to read that it feels sticky and doesn’t absorb well for you🤍 Sometimes thicker formulas with urea can take a bit longer to fully absorb, especially if applied in larger amounts. Applying a smaller amount and gently massaging it in might help improve absorption. I can also recommend some lighter alternatives that absorb more quickly but still offer great hydration and care for dry skin.
