Lyko does not approve the product complaint and sends it back to me with a general description that "it should feel different." I have asked independent people to test this product, and the EMS function on the left cheek does not work. I complained about the product referring to this, and Lyko sent it back to me with the explanation that I should "adjust the straps and use it on clean skin," as if I were stupid. I have now created a credit case with my bank for fraud and am now warning everyone against buying this product from this store.
Hi Ida, in my complaint it explicitly states that I have tested the product on clean and dry skin, I have also tested it on all EMS levels, with a tight strap and even held my hand against the mask so it has good contact with the face. I have also pointed out that I have let 2 other friends test it and came to the same conclusion that the EMS node on the left cheek does not work. The mask has 8 zones where EMS activity should be detected. You send the product back with instructions about everything I have already done, and say you find no fault, when you haven't even conducted any test for the electrical signal for the left node or even tested it, which suggests you have ignored everything I have pointed out. This seems like a tactic to "wear out" the buyer and you can see from the reviews you have received online that this is unfortunately common with you. Which is a bit sad for a large retailer.
