    Cheap, thin and light "consistency." Can be built up, but not to full coverage. Go one shade lighter, as it oxidizes a bit.

    Sits like a layer on the skin

    This did not absorb into the skin and just sat like a film on top, which you could "repel" off. Unfortunately, the makeup cakes.
