I bought the pencil to complement my regular highlighter in the places where I wanted to be a bit more precise in my application. This is especially true for the eyebrows, the inner corner of the eyes, and the upper lip. Sure, it adds a bit of color, but you have to use the pencil many times on the same spot. The color is really good, brightening without becoming glittery. But it takes a toll on the pencil with each makeup application, and I have to sharpen it quite often. I also wish there was only one color in the pencil. Almost perfect mascara!
When I saw that these products (primer and mascara) had come to Lyko, I had to try them. Normally, I use Lancome and Sensai, but they are quite expensive. Who doesn't want to find cheaper alternatives to their favorites 😊 Now, Fenty isn't much cheaper, but they are at least just as good. I've already reviewed the primer, and now it's the mascara's turn. I have short and sparse eyelashes, but you can't tell when I wear this mascara. The brush is easy to work with, it picks up just the right amount of product, and you don't need many strokes for the lashes to look full and long. It also stays on really well all day, and the lashes are still nicely curled in the evening, but... The only downside is that it's not waterproof. It holds up for a normal day if it weren't for the fact that I need to use eye drops sometimes. I really wish it came in a waterproof version but still be just as good. I got curious when this brand launched two products that I use every day. Normally, I use a bit more expensive primer and mascara (Lancome and Sensai), but who doesn't want to find some cheaper alternatives 😊 That said, this primer isn't super much cheaper than Lancome's variant, but it's just as good and absolutely worth recommending. I think it gives the lashes a very nice lift and good length that lasts all day. Important features for me, as I have few and short lashes. It's also easy to apply, and the right amount comes on the brush, which is easy to work with. I let it dry a bit before applying the mascara, and they work very well together. Does this need to be blow-dried in?
I’m looking for good styling products that don’t always need to be blow-dried in. My hair has some wave but not much volume. Since I have very loose curls, I try to enhance these with products, like gel, and use a texture spray to create volume. I also want to be as kind to my hair as I can - hence I avoid blow-drying my hair most of the time. I’m wondering if this product can do both, give volume and enhance the curls, without needing to blow-dry. It’s hard for you to advise, and most brands have gotten better at describing their shades based on undertones, etc. 😊 Most shades of the product recommended by you and other customers are strangely missing. Oh yes, just as you describe it, it is super hard to suggest a perfect match here without actually trying it out first in a physical store! ❤ Regarding the question of whether they are discontinued, no, I can't see that those colors above are. So let's hope they get to stay for a long time! The neutral tones you can find in: Bisque and Radiant, which is neutral but somewhat darker in tone. Natural is more on the somewhat cooler side in tone but looks to be a step darker 🥰1 likes

What shades are neutral?

The comment was made 4 monthsHi Marie 😊 Thank you for your question✨ I understand, and what I can find is that in the Sensai Flawless Satin Moisture Foundation, 203 Neutral Beige is a neutral shade with medium depth. If you think it’s a bit too dark but want to keep a neutral tone, unfortunately, there isn’t one that is exactly neutral and lighter in the range. The closest lighter option seems to be: 103 Sand Beige – somewhat lighter, but with a cool/rosy tone. 102 Ivory Beige – even lighter, also with a cool undertone. Unfortunately, there is a lack of a really light neutral shade in the range, but 103 could work if you’re not too warm or yellow in undertone. Our best tip is to always try the foundation directly on the skin in a physical store if possible to get the perfect match, as it can otherwise be tricky to order if you haven’t seen it against your own skin tone. Perfect for naturally wavy hair
I have now used this spray for a month and I must say that I am impressed. Previously, I used a leave-in spray from Kerastase's line for curly hair. It is also really good and unusually economical. Unfortunately, it is also very expensive, so I was looking for a slightly cheaper alternative. With this spray, it was a total hit! It makes the hair fantastically soft and refreshes the curls. This is how I have used the spray, on day 2 and 3 after washing. I lightly mist the hair with a water bottle and then spray this in sections. I just scrunch the curls a few times during the short drying time (I only take a little water, as water usually dries out the hair). I bought this BUS from another store, but I still want to share this 😊 I have had a split experience with this BUS, my opinion has changed several times, and I have edited my review three times now 🙃 Now I think I have landed on something of a low middle rating. (I am an experienced tanner who has tried a number of products over the last 30 years). Cons 👎 - It takes quite a long time for it to dry into the skin. How this can be an "express" I do not understand. It doesn't even have time to dry in before it should be rinsed off if you use it as an express variant 🤷♀️ I hate feeling sticky for long, so this is a big downside for me. - The long drying time causes it to transfer onto clothes and similar. I waited an hour before I got dressed, and I really hope that the color can be washed out from my nice bra 😱 - It says it shouldn't smell like BUS, but it does! Don't believe otherwise. The scent does come after a while, and if you use it as an express BUS, you might not get to smell it. I think it even smells after the shower. - It fades reasonably evenly but quite quickly. I would say it lasts about four days, and that is significantly less than what I am used to. However, I extend the tan with Gradual tan from the same brand, see that review 😊 - The color then? To be dark, it gives very little color on the first application. With repeated use after about four days, the color starts to get a bit deeper. Unfortunately, I have realized that it pulls towards the yellow side when I apply several times so close together, I hope it shows in the picture... I tan easily and have a neutral undertone, so the slight yellow tone is completely wrong for me. Pros 👍 + It is very easy to work with. It goes on evenly and nicely without streaks and spots. A perfect beginner BUS since it also has colorguard. I, for example, have trouble with BUS rarely sticking to my calves for some reason, but this one actually does 👍 NOTE❗️ I do not use it as an express variant, but let it sit overnight as a regular BUS.
