I had dyed my hair with Loreal Casting Creme Gloss (mixed 554 and 645), and regretted it almost immediately. Washed it maybe 10 times before I realized I had to get it out, and then tried this.
It removed ALL the dark and gave me back my tone, but with a more golden touch. Of course, it can’t remove everything, and hopefully it will continue to fade over time.
The smell is really not bad, I read tons of reviews where everyone said the smell was awful. It’s more of a chemical smell, but doesn’t smell stronger than regular hair dye.
The hair does get a bit rubbery afterwards, but the conditioner that comes with it worked great!
