I have a face that is sensitive, dry, red, and with rash or eczema. Is this cream suitable for that, or which cream should I rather use for that condition on the face?

It says it should moisturize and soothe the skin, but I feel it’s been the complete opposite – much drier and itchier on my face.
It also says it’s developed for sensitive and stressed skin, but I now feel my face has become more sensitive and red.
PS: I have now used it for 1 week morning and night and am still trying it, maybe it will get better over time, but so far it doesn’t look good. I will try it for 1-3 more weeks, so take this review as a full assessment for decision-making.
