    Elxir pads

    I bought toner pads from Elixir AHA BHA, but received a product with brown pads and brown sealing. I complained about this and was sent a new box, but this one also had brown pads. I have been using this product for over 3 years, and have never experienced this before. Can you explain what this is due to, and if the product is safe to use?

      Hi May Thu!❤️ As mentioned in bold in the product text, this is stated. ‘It has been discovered that some jars have discoloration in the seal, and that the plastic film in the lid may be a bit stuck. This is due to the liquid in the cushions reacting with the glue in the seal – a chemical process that can occur over time and is called oxidation. Although this may not look so nice, we want to emphasize the following: - The product is completely safe to use - The effect and quality are not affected’ Therefore, these have also been priced down.
