Hi Natalie ❀ Thank you for sharing your experience! We recommend that you stop using the serum and let your skin rest. Cleanse gently with a mild cleanser and use a simple, fragrance-free moisturizer. Once your skin has calmed down, introduce new products slowly and always test first on a small area ❀ If you want to try something soothing and fragrance-free, you can check out Purito Wonder Releaf Centella Unscented 60 ml or Cos De BAHA Centella Serum 30 ml: lyko.com/sv/purito/purito-centella-unscented-serum--60-ml lyko.com/sv/cos-de-baha/cos-de-baha-centella-serum-30-ml All the best!

    Question

Hi, I have very dry/dry to normal/sensitive skin that is acne-prone. I easily get clogged blackheads/bumps and wonder if this cream is good? If not, which do you recommend?

Hey there Natalie! 👋 Great that you double-check, it can be tricky to find the right one đŸ€ I would say this cream can definitely work for you, but it’s not completely risk-free. Why it CAN work 👇 đŸ©· Light, oil-free feel, good for acne-prone skin đŸ©· Contains niacinamide & zinc which can help with pimples đŸ©· Soothes with centella For your skin type specifically 👇 đŸ©· Contains tea tree & menthol, can irritate sensitive skin đŸ©· Can be a bit too “active” if you easily get bumps Some react to propolis/niacinamide (individual) So yes, it can work for acne-prone skin, but isn’t always best for sensitive or dry skin đŸ€ Here are some other tips for soothing and gentle creams that might suit you 👇 lyko.com/sv/cerave/cerave-oil-control-moisturising-gel-cream-52.0-ml lyko.com/sv/cerave/cerave-facial-moisturising-lotion-spf50-52-ml lyko.com/sv/la-roche-posay/la-roche-posay-toleriane-sensitive-riche-40-ml All the best!

Hey Natalie (such a pretty name you have😊) Thanks for sharing! đŸ€ Sorry to hear that it didn’t work for you – all skin types react differently. Good that you stopped using it if it felt worse. Always try products on a small area. Feel free to try something milder next time or focus on hydration for a while so your skin can rest and recover completely. Hope you have a super nice day🍂
