I have brought this up before, but I’m doing it again. Products are very often out of stock! I can understand if it happens now and then, but it’s often! Even when I’ve received an email that something is back in stock, it’s out of stock when I try to order. Even if they are in stock, it’s not reasonable to have to order as fast as possible. It’s not environmentally friendly, extra shipping costs and having to go out to a parcel locker to get your order multiple times, just because some items have finally come back in! For me personally, it would be especially stressful, as I depend on a wheelchair/electric wheelchair. The comment was made 1 monthHejsan!🤍 If the hair turns orange/coppery after bleaching, I would rather recommend Fanola Wonder No Orange Shampoo than No Yellow. It contains blue pigments that neutralize orange tones🧡💙 Since the hair can be extra sensitive and porous after bleaching, I would start carefully with about 1 minute of processing time and then rinse out. Hi❣️ I’m going to be a bit boring now 🥺 I feel like a lot of your products are sold out, and I mean generally, not just this item! This is something me and friends talked about during a girls’ night. We all experienced the same thing, which makes you start to get tired of it. Which is really sad, because we all love the community here. Having to monitor products doesn’t just happen when you have promotions. Why is that? The other day and today, it’s been the same "story"! Hi❣️ I am planning a color removal, not with bleach but with the help of Colorless. I currently have dark hair with red tones. So the idea is to have a blue shampoo ready, as I suspect it will be needed. Is this a good option (very mixed reviews)? Is there a matching conditioner? My hair is extremely thick, curly, and dry, so I need conditioner to be able to detangle it afterwards. The comment was made 1 monthHi Michaela "Smaragden"! 👋🏼😊 I totally understand the idea of having a blue shampoo ready after bleaching 🥰 Since you currently have dark hair with red tones, you will likely need a toner after Colourless to get the desired shade and neutralize the warmth. A blue shampoo is mainly for maintaining and preserving an already cooler shade. Therefore, it won’t be able to neutralize the warm pigments that can appear after bleaching in the same way a toner can 🤗 My tip is to first see what shade the hair gets after Colourless and then choose a toner based on the result.
