    Microplastics

This shampoo contains microplastics. Why is it still listed in the eco category?

Hi Miriam ❤️ Thank you for reaching out and asking an important question! REF. Intense Hydrate Shampoo is labeled as "eco" with us because the brand REF. uses natural ingredients and works with environmentally friendly production, recyclable packaging, and vegan formulas. At the same time, I completely understand your reaction if the product contains ingredients that can be categorized as microplastics. Some ingredients (like certain polymers) can fall into a gray area – they are often used to provide texture or effect in the product, and are approved in cosmetics, but are discussed in environmental contexts. We take such feedback seriously and will investigate further how the product is classified with us, so we ensure correct and clear information. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention!

    Holds all day!

I have hooded eyes and it takes a long time between finding an eyeliner that doesn't smudge, this one doesn't sting my eyes either. Big bonus that it doesn't contain microplastics. The brush makes it easy to apply, and it's easy to correct mistakes with a q-tip because it doesn't smudge out and ruin the eyeshadow.

Doesn't make the hair gross. Lots of product for the money.

    Doesn't remove makeup

I followed the instructions, but this couldn't even remove non-waterproof mascara. The only advantage I see is that it's gentle and doesn't contain microplastics.

Hi Miriam I’m so sorry to read that this oil cleanser didn’t meet your expectations! This is a skin cleanser developed to remove makeup, excess sebum, and dirt from the skin. It removes eye makeup like eyeliner and eyeshadow because it sits on the skin, but unfortunately, it’s not meant to also remove mascara from the lashes If you’re looking for an oil cleanser that also removes mascara (even waterproof), you can try this beauty from Beplain 👉 lyko.com/no/beplain/beplain-mung-bean-cleansing-oil-200ml Wishing you a wonderful day ahead
