I have straight hair that I bleach and dye regularly and my sister in-law has natural curly hair and we both absolutely LOVE this product. I introduced it to her and she has recommended her friends to use this protein hairmask to help soften and restore their hair. It works for all hair types! It did nothing for my hair
I wanted to try the bond repair hairmask since my hair is damaged from coloring it so much. I love amika products and am using the intense hydration shampoo and conditioner. I know for damaged hair it's important to also do bond builder/repair hairmasks and protein hairmasks.
