The strap for the eye protector broke immediately, had to fix it again a few weeks later. No visible results on the skin despite using it for many weeks (several months). Poor battery. Takes a long time to charge and drains FAST. The LED eye perfector completely stopped working a few weeks ago, it shuts off a second after I turn it on. Don’t waste your money on this worthless product! I’m going to file a complaint!1 product in post Dissatisfied!27 views- The comment was made 2 weeksIt hasn't helped! You were supposed to send me a QR code for the package, and you haven't done that! You are supposed to respond within 24 hours, and now 5 days have passed! This really makes me even more disappointed in you!
