This is perfect if you want a gel that is light and at the same time protects the skin. I had previously tried Iunik's gel but it is not nearly as thick as this one. My skin has loved this when my skin is irritated or just when I want to lock in moisture in my face after my evening skincare. However, I don't think this sits well under makeup as I have tried almost everything to get it to sit well under my makeup. No matter what I do, the gel starts to flake or separates my makeup. Good for sensitive skin
This gel foams a little, so it doesn’t stay in gel form like some other gel cleansers. If you have sensitive skin, it can therefore feel a bit tight. I usually combine this by first using the oil cleanser from skin1004 and then the gel, and that has worked almost perfectly. I think the Aco gel cleanser is economical and affordable but maybe a bit too strong with its foaming for me. Dry but too strong if you have sensitive skin
I've tried various foaming cleansers and tried to find one that is gentle on my sensitive combination skin. If you have an oily T-zone but easily get dry and feel tightness in your skin from foaming cleansers, I wouldn't recommend this one. However, it is very economical, and my little sister, who has a bit tougher skin, loved it and even bought a new one afterwards. 🙏🏻1 product in post Dry but too strong if you have sensitive skin37 views
