I have very coarse and incredibly unruly brows and have tried many products that promise “lamination” and extreme hold. The problem is that my brows sooner or later still tend to lay back down. This one is the exception. It’s the only product I’ve found that actually manages to keep my brows properly in place. The hold is on a completely different level than other brow gels I’ve tried, and I can actually shape my brows the way I want and keep them there. If you have soft and flexible brows, this type of hold might be overkill, but for us with coarse, stubborn brows, it’s fantastic. Cheap multi-user!
A real all-around soap that I always find new uses for. Above all, I use it to wash my makeup brushes, it cleans them thoroughly and is also so cheap that it feels much more reasonable than buying special cleaner for the brushes. I also use it as regular body soap in the shower and on my legs before shaving instead of shaving cream, which works surprisingly well. A very simple product, but precisely because of that a favorite. Cheap, long-lasting, and usable for most things. My absolute SPF favorite ☀️
I've tried tons of facial sunscreens and always come back to this one. I have combination skin but on the drier side and use several skincare products throughout the day, so I need an SPF that works well with the rest of my routine, especially under makeup. This one does exactly that. It feels moisturizing without being uncomfortably heavy and works really well as the last step before my base. Above all, I avoid a lot of the pilling I've gotten from other sunscreens. SPF is a product category where I no longer feel the need to look for something better. FINALLY a blush that is actually cool! 💜
I am very fair with a cool/gray olive undertone, and almost all blushes somehow end up looking warm, peachy, or orange on me, even many marketed as cool. Blueberry Burst is therefore a bullseye. The purple tone might look intense in the packaging, but on the skin it becomes incredibly beautiful and gives me exactly the cool, fresh tone I've been looking for. Plus, it's easy to apply and build up without it being too much right away. It has become one of those products I genuinely don't want to be without. Really good for dry and coarse hair
My hair is long, very thick, coarse, and dry and basically always requires both a hair mask and leave-in to become really soft and manageable. Regular conditioner usually doesn’t make much of a noticeable difference on my hair. But this actually does! The hair feels softer and more moisturized after use, even though for me it can’t replace a proper hair mask. I think both the shampoo and conditioner from Waterclouds Moist are about the same quality as Björn Axén’s Moisture series. A shampoo that actually makes a difference
I have long, very thick, coarse, and dry hair and am used to shampoo basically just cleansing; it’s hair masks and leave-in products that then do the heavy lifting so my hair doesn’t feel like needles. 😅 That’s why I was pleasantly surprised by Waterclouds Moist Shampoo. I actually notice a difference in my hair already after washing, and it doesn’t feel as dry as with many other shampoos. I would place it roughly in the same class as Björn Axén’s Moisture series, which I also really like. I still need hair masks and leave-in afterwards, but for my hair type, that’s more the rule than the exception. One of the coolest palettes I've found
I have a very cool, gray/olive undertone and find it incredibly hard to find eyeshadows that don’t pull orange or warm on my skin. Dusty Fog Garden is one of the few palettes I’ve found that actually consists of consistently cool, muted tones. The colors still pull somewhat warmer on me than they look in the palette, which says more about how difficult my undertone is with color than about the palette, but the result is still significantly cooler than with most other palettes I’ve tried. Above all, it’s incredibly versatile. Even though I have other palettes, I notice that it’s almost always this one I reach for in everyday use. The muted shades combine nicely and there are colors for everything from a very subtle everyday look to more defined eyes. New favorite!
I have used Løwengrip deodorant for several years and been so satisfied that I really had no reason to switch. But this one actually made me do it! I find it at least just as good, it keeps me fresh, works exactly as I want a deodorant to, and also costs significantly less. A big plus is the scent, which is INCREDIBLY good! 😍 When a cheaper product manages to replace a favorite I've been loyal to for several years, that says a lot. Perfect together with Lyko's hair rollers
Simple but really good clips that actually hold my long and very thick hair. They have become extra useful together with By Lyko's Self Grip Hair Rollers; I attach the rollers with the clips and then everything stays firmly in place. They feel sturdy, are easy to use, and make it significantly easier to section the hair when styling.
