If you have acclimated your skin according to the instructions, i.e., using it 2 days a week now. Is that like the max they recommend, and what about you? Thinking because it says "up to" two days/week. So you can't increase it to every day? I thought that was the goal with retinol, to acclimate the skin so that you can use it on a daily basis?

Hey My! 😊👋 You are absolutely right that the usual with retinol is to start slowly and then increase the frequency as the skin gets used to it. But when it comes to Retinal 0.2% Emulsion, it’s a bit different. This is a retinal, not retinol, and retinal is a stronger form of vitamin A. That means it is much more potent than regular retinol products, even at low concentrations. Therefore, it is recommended to stick to a maximum of 2 times a week for this product 💛 If you have very sensitive skin, you can increase the usage a bit, but keep in mind that retinol makes you very sensitive and should not be used in the summer 🥰 Take care! ☀️
