Click on MY PAGES. Select Order History. Click on the order number for the item you want to complain about. Click on the COMPLAIN icon. Fill in the quantity and reason for the complaint. Do you want a return slip as a letter? Write it in the comment field. ✉️ Feel free to attach a picture or video that clearly shows what the problem is. 📸 Confirm by clicking SEND. Once we have received the complaint, you will get an email with the return slip (remember to check your spam folder too!).
