Does this cover gray hair strands? Is it a cool or warm color? I have dark brown hair with red tones, and I want to get rid of the warm tone in my hair. The shade is neutral and is neither warm nor cool. Number 4 is three steps away from black, so it becomes very dark brown π€ To achieve a cooler shade, you can mix equal parts 4-0 and 4-13, but remember to test on a strand first π Take care!

Why isn't it curling?
Hi, I bought this curling iron a few weeks ago and have tried to curl my hair with it 3 times now, but it doesn't curl, what am I doing wrong? I have fine hair strands and thick long hair. I have used heat protection from wow in my hair and hold the curling iron a little longer for the curls to hold. I spray with extra strong hairspray at the end. Hard to use
I thought the shape of the pencil would make it easier to use, but unfortunately that wasn't the case.
