Light foundation with buildable coverage
Disclaimer: I received a product sample in exchange for an honest review. The opinions are my own. The picture is unedited, taken 9-10 hours after application, without the product being set with powder. IDUN Hydra Soft Mineral Foundation comes in a high-quality squeeze tube, which makes it easy to dose the product hygienically. The product has a smooth and light texture that works best with a really dense buffing brush, flat brush, or damp makeup sponge. Fluffy brushes unfortunately tend to leave marks on the surface (these can easily be pressed away with a damp sponge). The coverage is buildable, but I prefer to use Hydra Soft Mineral Foundation in thin layers – then it really shines, with just the right amount of coverage and a finish that looks very natural. The product does not settle into fine lines and blends easily into the skin, but since it contains a lot of silicone, you need to be aware of which skincare you apply before use. I have several times experienced that Hydra Soft Mineral Foundation "rolls" off the skin in small balls. This is not unique to IDUN's foundation, and the blame can just as well be placed on my skincare – still an annoying problem. I have normal skin and do not need to set the product with powder for it to stay in place. I find that IDUN Hydra Soft Mineral Foundation becomes somewhat shiny around the sides of the nose after a whole day, which feels completely reasonable given the lack of powder. The product does not separate or become patchy during the day. In short: a very pleasant foundation for those who like the option to vary the coverage of their base. A silicone-rich product gives an airbrushed but natural finish, but you have to be careful so it doesn't clash with your skincare products. Definitely a foundation I can consider buying again!1 product in post Light foundation with buildable coverage183 views - The post was made 1 weekRating: 3 out of 5
Gentle, floral soap
Disclaimer: I received a product sample in exchange for an honest review. The opinions are my own. Pure & Clean Body Wash has a thin consistency, lathers nicely, and cleans effectively without drying out. It has a medium-strong floral scent. Unfortunately, the scent is a bit too "soapy" for me, but that's a matter of taste :) I have eczema on my hands, which was not affected despite both the lather and the perfume. Plus for that! All in all, the soap itself is okay, but I will not buy a new bottle when the sample runs out. Partly because I prefer other scents, partly because of the price.1 product in post Gentle, floral soap32 views - The post was made 1 weekRating: 5 out of 5
Definitely a new favorite
Disclaimer: I received a product sample in exchange for an honest review. The opinions are my own. I'm not a regular user of essences as I like to keep my skincare routine short and simple, but I'm so glad I tried IDUN's Hydra Calm Mineral Essence! The bottle is sturdy yet flexible, making it easy to drop the product into the palm of your hand. Three drops are more than enough for my face and neck, so it’s really economical – even the smaller package lasts a long time. I have normal skin that can easily look a bit dull and lackluster without feeling dry or tight. I apply Hydra Calm Mineral Essence before serum and moisturizer both morning and night and find that my skin feels both hydrated and “plumped” immediately upon application and in the long term. I will definitely buy a new bottle when my sample runs out and include the essence in my winter routine when the weather gets harsher.1 product in post Definitely a new favorite25 views
