Leave-in serum with heat protection effect

I was so lucky to try the entire series via Smartson. shampoo, serum, and leave-in from L'Oréal. I have damaged hair after long and extensive use of heat products and a lot of hair dyeing without treating my hair. Which today has left me, at 36 years old, with very damaged, thin, and worn-out hair. I still haven't managed to find the right products for my hair. I had high hopes for this product and thought it was perfect for me. I've only tried it maybe 5 times. But already I feel some improvement in my hair. It feels soft and nice and not as dry, but at the same time not quite what I want. The scent is mild and nice and clean. But it still lacks A LOT of moisture. There is too little moisture. Until now, I've mostly air-dried my hair with these products and haven't had the chance to blow-dry it, and then the effect might have been different, but if the product does what it's supposed to do, it shouldn't be necessary to do that. But I can recommend the products, just not as a quick fix as the product promises (effect after 1 use). These are products that need more time to work as promised, at least that's my assessment. And with more time, I hope and believe it will get better. Good leave-in but doesn't give me the feeling I want and need, but I will continue to use these and come back with more reviews when I've tried them over time. It might be good for some hair types but not quite right for my hair type. But I love leave-in and love that it has heat protection in it. You don't always style your hair right after the shower but might do it the next day, and then you avoid a lot of sprays and other things that ruin the texture, and you avoid that with heat-protecting leave-in products❤️ all in all a good product but needs time to repair the hair as promised.

The serum smells like chemicals and doesn't quite deliver on its promises regarding moisture

I was lucky enough to try the entire line through Smartson. shampoo, serum, and leave-in from L’Oréal. The serum had a very strong chemical smell and was very masculine compared to the shampoo and leave-in. I also didn’t find that it removed tangles and frizz as promised. I haven’t tried it long enough to determine if it can help my hair in the long run. But I hope that it still happens. I have very damaged hair and have used straighteners and other tools without heat protection for many years, which has left me with thin hair strands that have a lot of frizz and damage. But unfortunately, this serum hasn’t given me a good feeling so far. After the 5th use, I felt a bit better while using it, so I probably need to use it for a while before I see real results. But the scent is quite strong, almost like some strong hair dyes when you rub it in. I’ve followed the instructions after shampooing by sectioning my hair, squeezing out moisture first, and pulling from root to tip in many passes before rinsing out. After 3/4 uses, I feel a significant improvement in moisture levels compared to the first and second uses, so this is probably a product that gets better with time but not after the first use. Even though I don’t yet feel the biggest improvement in frizz and moisture, I can tell that the day after it actually feels soft, even though it hasn’t felt that way. So yes, it needs a bit more time, but the fact that there’s already an improvement makes me want to continue using it and see if it does anything more in the long run. I’ve managed fine without conditioner, but I don’t feel it makes it easier regarding tangles and frizz. But worth a try. So I need to keep testing before I can decide if it will be a repurchase.

Good shampoo with lots of foam on a small amount

I was so lucky to be drawn to test via Smartson. The whole set with shampoo, serum, and leave-in. Positively surprised by the foam and a good feeling when using the shampoo. Masculine scent. I always use shampoo twice per shower, but with this one, even less amount is needed than usual, which is positive since it always takes much more shampoo than anything else. Nice feeling on the hair when rinsing out, and it feels good and soft. The scent is much milder when the hair dries, so it will suit most people. All in all, a good shampoo, but I need more time to decide if it will be repurchased.

    Good hair care trio 🤩

I got to try these through Smartson as a test pilot. I haven't been able to try them for long, but what I've tried so far looks promising. You first use shampoo, then serum, and finally leave-in. The shampoo lathers really well, so it's smart to use a small amount each time to make it last a bit longer 😉 There's quite a strong scent from the serum, especially, that you use between the shampoo and leave-in. But all in all, they smell really good together. Super practical that the leave-in is heat protective up to 230 degrees, and I'm excited to see the results on my hair as I continue to use this series💖 I don't feel like it gave my hair much moisture after the shower since there was no conditioner, but I believe that the serum will provide that in the long run. But I thought my hair became very shiny and nice. So I give it a 4 due to the short usage time.
