    Rock Hard

    The product is so hard that it almost doesn't come out of the tube, I have to push with all my might. A thin rock hard "sausage" comes out that just sits on my finger and falls off if I don't smear it on. The product works okay once it's finally on the eyelids, but it's not worth the hassle. I don't even know how to get the last bit out of the tube when it's this hard. Feels like something is wrong with it.

      Hey Erika! I also noticed that it was hard to get the product out of the tube, but I've only tried it once, actually today - but you shouldn't have to press that hard. Go to your order and register a complaint so they can look into this 🙏 Take care 🌸
