    The screw came off the heat brush

    Hi, I bought this blow-dry brush a few months ago, but unfortunately the screw came off the heat brush. Is there any chance I can just get a new heat brush? Not the machine because it works fine, but it's the brush's screw that has come off, and I'm wondering if I can exchange it for a new one?

You do this under UPLOAD IMAGES 8: Select from the dropdown how you would like to be compensated for an approved complaint 9: Confirm by clicking SEND If the product was purchased directly in-store, we recommend that you first go back to the store so they can assist you further on-site.
