    Confused Hair

Writing this as a warning to others. Was recommended by a "hairdresser" in one of your stores to buy this toner when I only wanted to cover gray hair and wanted to stay as my real base color, which is medium brown. Asked many times if there was red in the color, which she claimed there wasn't at all, but only golden light tones. She guaranteed it would turn out like my own color. She explained how I should do it, and sure enough, I went home and toned my hair with full confidence in what she said. My hair is now RED. And not just red tones, but RED. Can add that I didn't even have warm tones in my hair before.

Hi Sabina Izabelle! 👋🏼 Thank you for taking the time to review this toner 🤎 White strands can sometimes behave a bit differently, and sometimes the color can take differently than expected. In your case, you probably would have needed a "natural" toned toner to achieve a result that is closer to your own base color 🤗 An important thing is always to test the color on a small strand first before toning the whole hair, so you can see how the color reacts to your hair. If you want, you can send us pictures at frisoren@lyko.com , and we can guide you step by step with which toner is needed to neutralize the red tones and achieve a more natural result 🥰 Have a nice day 🍂
