    Strong scent

    Both the shampoo and conditioner have a very strong perfume scent. I have only used the products for a few days. My hair feels very heavy and unclean. I hope this is just in the beginning. I would really like to like the product

    The shade 0.25 was the perfect color for my skin tone. Unfortunately, it smelled too much like perfume. I also got red around my mouth and nose. Not ideal for sensitive skin.

    Formula

    I was very disappointed when I received the product today. If I had known that the formula was changed, I would have never ordered it. I have had bad experiences with the products you changed the formula on.
