I have used Hjärtligt before and liked it, but when it ran out last time I couldn't afford to restock, so I tried some other regular store shampoos. They weren't bad or anything, just small packages.
Most recently, I tried Head & Shoulders because my scalp was itching. It helped, but my hair became like straw! Even though I used the same conditioner spray as always, it didn't help. So now I bought these again and damn, what a difference! My hair is silky smooth, super easy to comb, and doesn't tangle during the day. I usually don't care much about results, as long as my hair gets clean, but this really made a huge difference.
