Hi, when it says 7 cm diameter, does it mean inside or outside total width?

Hi Sana😊 Thank you for your question✨ The 7 cm diameter listed for the Sibel Donut Synthetic Blonde refers to the total outer diameter of the donut, from one outer edge to the other. It is not the size of the hole in the center, but the overall width of the donut itself. Hope this gives you an idea of how big it will be when used in your hair. Wishing you a good day💫
